Terms of Service
Last Updated: June 25, 2026
Welcome to Leadflop. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our website and B2B lead generation services.
1. Description of Service
Leadflop provides AI-vetted B2B sales leads based on your niche and target location. Each search generates a customized list of verified operational businesses. Lead lists are available on our site infinitely, subject to our active storage policies. You are advised to download your lead lists in .xlsx format for permanent storage.
2. Payments and Fees
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We charge a flat fee for each lead generation request based on the package selected. Addon packages are also available to expand existing searches. All fees are upfront and subject to our Refund Policy (outlined in Section 3).
3. Refund Policy
Because Leadflop offers free follow-up searches in new locations to fulfill any lead shortfalls (with automatic deduplication), we expect customers to use the follow-up search tool to get their full paid lead count. However, you are eligible for a full refund if: (a) a search returns zero candidates due to local indexing limitations and subsequent follow-up searches are also unable to return any leads, or (b) a persistent technical system error prevents delivery of your results. Refund requests must be sent to support@leadflop.com within 14 days of purchase with your Request ID. We process refunds back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
4. Lead Accuracy and Deliverability
While our AI models and verification pipeline work to deliver highly accurate contact details (including websites, phone numbers, and emails), we do not warrant that all leads will have active email addresses or perfect deliverability. Business details change frequently, and all leads are provided on an 'as is' basis.
5. Sourcing & Scraping Ethics
Leadflop gathers business information from publicly available data sources on the live web, including business directories, search engines, and public company websites. We do not scrape private or non-public databases. We verify business status and draft personalization cues based on public website copies.
6. Compliance and Spam Regulations
You are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations when contacting leads generated by Leadflop. This includes, but is not limited to, the CAN-SPAM Act (USA), CASL (Canada), GDPR (Europe), and any local telemarketing or data protection regulations. You must provide an opt-out mechanism in your cold outreach.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leadflop and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our B2B leads or B2B outreach services.
