Privacy Policy
Last Updated: June 25, 2026
At Leadflop, we respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal data collected from customers and B2B business candidates.
1. Information We Collect
We collect your email address when you submit a lead generation request or complete a payment. We also collect the search parameters you define (niche, location, value proposition) to deliver our services. Payment details are processed directly and securely by Stripe; we do not store credit card credentials on our servers.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use customer email addresses to send lead delivery notifications, payment receipts, and critical account updates. We use search queries to run our AI verification pipeline and fetch target B2B leads.
3. Business Candidate Data
For business candidates (leads) returned in searches, we process publicly available professional contact information (business name, website, phone, public email, rating) to match them with client requests. We do not process private individual consumer data.
4. Data Retention
Customer search results and lead lists are retained indefinitely on our servers to allow customers to return and view/download their leads at any time. We may implement a fixed deletion window in the future.
5. Sharing of Data
We do not sell, rent, or trade customer personal data or search histories with third parties. Sourced B2B lead lists are private to the customer who paid for the search.
6. Your Rights
You can request the deletion of your account, email records, or search history at any time by contacting us at support@leadflop.com. B2B businesses that wish to be removed from our lead indexing database can also submit an opt-out request to the same address.
